#SIUFinalStretch Week

The week before finals is usually very stressful and tense...but not this semester! Final stretch week was so much fun! On Monday the Student Center offered a tea tasting of lavender and ginseng teas. Tuesday our very own graphic designer and cartoonist extraordinaire, Nathan Bonner, was down by the escalators by the north end showing people his work, giving tips on cartooning, and allowing people to practice their own designs for National Cartoonist Day. On Wednesday there was an ice cream social (yum!) outside on the north end. Thursday we had a fabulous talk show, Sydne at the Student Center, and interviewed students about how they relax before finals. Friday was music day and WIDB radio station allowed us to borrow their equipment and jam out in the Roman Room while playing games and giving out prizes! It was a GREAT week! I had a blast!!
